How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express options are available at checkout. Please note that custom-designed cases may require an additional 2-3 days for processing.
Are RHINOSHIELD cases compatible with MagSafe and wireless charging?
Yes, we offer specific MagSafe compatible versions of our cases that feature reinforced magnets, and all our standard cases are thin enough to support Qi-certified wireless charging.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-printed items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your screen protectors and cases?
We provide a limited lifetime warranty on many of our products covering manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a material or workmanship flaw, we will provide a replacement.
